One of the most ancient forms of Hatha yoga, Sivananda sequence consists of 12 basic asanas (poses) with plenty of variations on those. Whilst the poses are challenging and include inversions, arm balances, forward and back bends and twists there are plenty of options for everyone.

This form of yoga is a great way to safely and effectively learn more challenging yoga poses.

Strong and calm energy and an all round body approach are to be expected from the Sivananda practice.
