Location
Sessions can be carried out at locations convenient to you in and around Singapore. Primary catchment area is central and east coast Singapore (as I am based in River Valley) but all locations within Singapore can be catered for (with additional transport costs.)
Sessions can take place at your own home or office, an outside area such as park or beach, or even at your own local gym.
