Hatha Flow Yoga
Based around the traditions of Hatha yoga but a faster paced flowing practice. The poses are typically grouped together and held for 5-7 breaths, the class will also include some Hatha sun salutation transitions between the asanas. Whilst Hatha Flow is a more challenging experience from both the strength and mobility aspects the participants could still expect a very calming and grounding sensation with plenty of room to experience and improve alignment in poses
