 Who Am I?

Hello and welcome to Yoga Pilates Balance. I am Zoya, Level 3 Pilates instructor, 200 hours Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher, Level Reiki practitioner, Nutritionist and just a regular girl who enjoys a wholistic balanced lifestyle.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been practicing yoga and / or pilates for a while or just thinking of starting you are most welcome and I thank you for taking the time to meet me.

I haven’t always been active – in fact much like the great Joseph Pilates himself I was a very ill weak child and have only gotten into yoga, pilates and other forms of exercise in my late teens.

I know what it is like to start structured exercise and persevere, and I believe I can help you achieve and maintain a healthy balanced state of body and mind.

I have years of experience in teaching both group and private classes in London and Asia. I am warm and professional and have individual approach to all my clients.

I am very excited to be now living in Singapore as I believe it to be a very special place where I can share my energy and passion for what I do with you.
