Pilates

Pilates emphasizes your body core, strengthening your abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh. Pilates provides strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture to keep you feeling supple.

Yoga

Yoga is one of the most ancient concepts in the world and includes so much more than the beautiful poses and their effect on your physical body. Yoga meets so many needs, it's no wonder its popularity has grown and grown over the years. To me, the most important thing about yoga is how calm, happy and spacious I feel, both during and after the practice. In the modern world when we are encouraged to be busy and materially productive, spending time on yourself is often perceived as a luxury that yoga can provide. Whatever your goals are on the mat and off it there is a practice for you.

Reiki

Reiki is the most popular method of energy healing to date. Roughly translated as 'guided spirit' from Japanese, Reiki is universal, life force energy that is present in all things, across all times, spaces and places. To receive Reiki is to re align this naturally occurring energy to reset and strengthen its natural flow through the body, helping physical and emotional state of balance and health. No special equipment is required and Reiki 'treatments' could be received by anyone.

Nutrition

As a Level 3 Qualified Nutrition and Weight Management Adviser, I can advise on nutrition and weight loss plans along with dietary audits to help lose those stubborn extra pounds! Recommendations are based on the Eatwell Plate on both the macro and micro nutrients intake.

About Me

Hello and welcome to Yoga Pilates Balance. I am Zoya, Level 3 Pilates instructor, 200 hours Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher, Level Reiki practitioner, Nutritionist and just a regular girl who enjoys a wholistic balanced lifestyle.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been practicing yoga and / or pilates for a while or just thinking of starting you are most welcome and I thank you for taking the time to meet me.

I haven’t always been active – in fact much like the great Joseph Pilates himself I was a very ill weak child and have only gotten into yoga, pilates and other forms of exercise in my late teens.

I know what it is like to start structured exercise and persevere, and I believe I can help you achieve and maintain a healthy balanced state of body and mind.

I have years of experience in teaching both group and private classes in London and Asia. I am warm and professional and have individual approach to all my clients.

I am very excited to be now living in Singapore as I believe it to be a very special place where I can share my energy and passion for what I do with you.
